Completely remove Snapd and avoid it’s installation from apt packages

For a while i had been using Snap(d) on my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS computer. It was not guided by common sens, but because I had no time to dig into and check it’s behavior. I’m not going to talk about what’s Snap, and argue against it, I’m just going to explain how to completely remove it and avoid it’s installation from apt packages like chromium-browser do.
